Due to high demand we now offer a range of boiler care and homecare services to all our customers. Each plan includes our 5 star rated services, honest and friendly advice, emergency call outs and support when things go wrong!

Please be advised this service is only available for previous customers who have had their boiler installed by our engineers within the last month. For any boiler installations that are over one month after the installation date unfortunately we will be unable to accept their application.

HOMECARE SERVICES EXPLAINED

Our Gas Safe registered engineers are ready to handle even the most challenging emergency plumbing repairs.

All homecare customers are given 24 hours contact telephone number for a personal gas engineer when joining Cheshire Boilers Homecare.

Unlike the annual gas service which will involve a more in-depth inspection of gas appliances, pipework, vents and flues, a gas safety check is designed to check the following:

  • The appliance is operating at the correct operating pressure.
  • There is an adequate air supply to the appliance and that it is burning gas correctly.
  • The flues and chimneys are clear and enable the appliance to emit gases and fumes safely to the outside.
  • That all safety devices on the appliance such as cut out devices are working correctly.

We are a maintenance service, therefore there is no excess on any of our home care services. We also do not have a maximum limit on the number of times you can call us out.

  • Replacement or repair of standard radiators

  • Leaks within or breakdown of your natural gas boiler

When joining Cheshire Boilers Homeware, you will be given a personal out of hours engineer contact telephone number which is available 24 hours a day.

  • Electrical wiring
  • Switches, sockets, fuse box
  • Circuit breakers
  • Internal blockages and leaks
  • Leaking or blocked water supply pipe
  • External blocked or leaking drains and waste pipes within your boundary
  • A visual check of the boiler
  • The boiler being fired safely to identify any working faults
  • A flue gas analysis efficiency test
  • Opening up the boiler and inspection of the boiler internally
  • Checking the flue and ventilation are in accordance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations
  • Checking and adjusting the system pressure
  • Clearing the condensate trap
  • Visually checking and bleeding radiators, if necessary
  • A visual check of the hot water cylinder
  • Confirmation in writing that the service has been carried out
